Nach einer Kraftwerksabschaltung bei vollem Staubecken erfolgt ein \u00dcberlauf.<br \/>\nBei Niederschl\u00e4gen, schwellen die Fl\u00fcsse infolge nat\u00fcrlicher Ereignisse, Becken- und Wasserfassungssp\u00fclungen an. Das, w\u00e4hrend der trockenen Zeit, deponierte Material kann nat\u00fcrliche Sperren bilden, die pl\u00f6tzlich brechen und eine Flutwelle provozieren.<br \/>\nNach heftigen Niederschl\u00e4gen m\u00fcssen die mit Sand verstopften Fassungen und Becken gesp\u00fclt werden. Die Sch\u00fctze wird stufenweise ge\u00f6ffnet um Wasser samt Anschwemmungsmaterial ins Flussbett abzulassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #cb1a1c;\">Die Abflussmenge kann innerhalb weniger Minuten stark ansteigen!!<br \/>\nDiese Ereignisse sind oft nicht voraussehbar!!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Maggia Kraftwerke AG (Ofima) und die Blenio Kraftwerke AG (Ofible) <\/strong><br \/>\n1. verbieten im Rahmen des Gesetzes und raten aufgrund der Gefahr einer pl\u00f6tzlichen und nicht voraussehbaren Anschwellung der Wassermenge, von jeglicher T\u00e4tigkeit in den Becken und in den Flussbetten talw\u00e4rts von Wasserfassungen, Staumauern und Kraftwerken ab.<\/p>\n<p>2. m\u00fcssen den Betrieb ihrer Anlagen nicht einschr\u00e4nken, um die Aus\u00fcbung von T\u00e4tigkeiten in den Becken oder im Flussbett zu erm\u00f6glichen. Ofima und Ofible haben keine Pflicht Voranzeige zu leisten und lehnen jegliche Verantwortung f\u00fcr Unf\u00e4lle ab, die sich ereignen sollten.<\/p>\n<p>3. Die Ausk\u00fcnfte, welche von unserem Personal abgegeben werden, bez\u00fcglich Sp\u00fclungen, \u00dcberl\u00e4ufe oder anderen Vorg\u00e4ngen, haben den Zweck auf die erh\u00f6hte Gefahr aufmerksam zu machen.
